Disc-Connected K9's world champion frisbee teams will be performing three shows at our festival on October 29th. Presented by the Post 110 family of the Port Charlotte American Legion, come and watch world class dogs show off their amazing talent in a well choreographed , musically themed performance. These teams have performed all over the world and will be here for a free show. For more information on the team visit their web site here.
When you are at our festival, be sure to stop and visit the Fire/EMS and Law Enforcment displays. The kids (big & small) will love to check out all the cool equipment that helps our public safety heroes save lives every day. In addition, if your kids don't feel like rockin out at the concert with you, they can visit the Punta Gorda Police Kid Patrol trailer for some gaming action..
More that 25 animal shelters and rescue groups will come together along with up to 200 of their homeless pets for you to visit with, and possibly adopt

The Peace River Wildlife Center, and others, will be on hand with some of the critters that they have helped save over the years. It is a rare opportunity you will have to get this close to them.
While homeless pets are the primary concern for our festival we also want to make this event fun and educational. If you live in Florida then our wildlife is part of your life, there is no getting around that. Just like our K9 demonstrations, the wildlife displays will both entertain and educate.
Remember, its Halloween weekend.
You never know what you may see.
Be sure to visit and like our Facebook page so we can keep you updated on everything going on at the event
While at the festival be sure to check out one of the many K9 demonstrations that will take place throughout the day. There will be exciting demos from law enforcement agencies including teams from the Charlotte County Sheriffs Office and others. In addition, teams from Peace River K9 Search & Rescue will demonstrate scent tracking for missing persons and cadavers, plus various rescue and protective measures.
